Multi-Passionate Entrepreneur? Here’s How to Approach Branding

I’ve always liked the idea of the “Renaissance man.” 👨🏾‍🎨

(Or, let’s say “Renaissance Human,” shall we?)

This was an idea developed in Renaissance Italy in the 1400’s (ish). It meant (and still means) someone who is good at many things… Someone who practices and masters a variety of interests and pursuits.

Leonardo de Vinci. Julia Child. Ida B. Wells. Ben Franklin. Albert Schweitzer. Some of history’s most genius peeps were Renaissance Humans.

These days, in the entrepreneur space, we sometimes call this…“Multi-passionate,” right?

According to Encyclopedia Brittanica, one of the era’s most-accomplished figures, Leon Battista Alberti (1404–72), called the Renaissance Human “a [hu]man who can do all things if he will.”

(I think that “if he will” part is key… Because you decide, genius!) 😉

So… why the musings today?

Well in this vlog post, I’m answering a question I get from soooooooooo MANY of my multi-talented entrepreneur friends…

If you’re a multi-passionate (with *multiple ideas and businesses*),
should you have MULTIPLE BRANDS?

And, truly… how DO we define our brands – when we are multi-passionate?

I KNOW you want to know… so let’s get into it… (Push play on the video below!)
